Maple water is the pure sap of maple trees, formed as water from the ground absorbs nutrients through the soil and roots. Combining with energy from photosynthesis, the tree stores this sap for growth.
In spring, warm daytime temperatures cause the sap to flow, delivering nutrients to grow leaves. This is when we tap the trees to collect the nutrient-rich maple sap water.

Harvesting maple water is completely harmless to trees. It promotes responsible forestry and encourages landowners to maintain healthy forests. Maple syrup requires 40 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup, with our maple sap water we use a 1:1 ratio—making it a more efficient and impactful option for our farm.
